Floor Technician Responsibilities:
Maintain hospital floors to ensure a clean, safe, and professional healthcare environment.
Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, carpet extractors, and wet vacuums.
Strip, wax, seal, buff, and polish hard surface floors according to hospital standards.
Clean and maintain carpeted areas using approved extraction and spot-cleaning methods.
