Job Summary
The Environmental Services Worker performs assigned cleaning tasks and sanitation requests, including but not limited to, general daily cleaning and floor care for the agency. This position takes direction and guidance from the Environmental Service Lead.
This is a full-time (40 hours) position, on a 6:00am-2:30pm schedule, and based at our 1183 Monroe Ave Campus in Rochester, NY.
Essential Job functions
+ Maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms, bedrooms and offices by performing general cleaning tasks on a daily basis.
+ Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
+ Gather, remove, and empty trash and recycling.
+ Replenish soap and paper products in bathrooms.
+ Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
+ Complete special projects which may include stripping and waxing floors, extracting dirt and debris from carpets, and steam cleaning or shampooing carpets follow...
