Environmental, social and governance analyst

Our client has an opportunity available for an Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst based in Durban.

Requirements A Post-Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Social, Environmental Sciences or Engineering. Developmental studies, Economics or similar; MBA, MSc or CFA would be advantageous. 3+ years’ experience working within a sustainable or ESG environment. A keen understanding of ESG matters and knowledge on how companies manage and report on ESG issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- essential. Experience in communicating with senior executives and external stakeholders- desirable. Highly motivated, organized and disciplined in managing workflows. Ability to function well in a diverse team. Able to analyse and present data in a structured and consistent manner. A self-motivated and an enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail.
