SUMMARY OF DUTIES

The Front Desk is overall responsible for ensuring that all customers who enter the entrance to the main lobby are guided to the right place and answer all inquiries by our guests.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• To meet and greet all patients and guests that enter the main lobby and direct them to the respective venue.
• To provide assistance to patients and guests who require a wheelchair and luggage trolley.
• To ensure wheelchairs and luggage trolley are always available and in good working conditions.
• To provide assistance to patients and guests who require buggy services – if the service available.
• Portering patients to ward for admission or any other services as and when necessary or as instructed by the HOS or Management.
• Preparing beverages for patients and guests at the waiting area.
