EPC Tender & Proposals Lead

ViTO Energy, Engineering & Construction is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager for their Abu Dhabi office. The role involves leading the complete proposal process for various EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector, requiring strong skills in estimation, leadership, and risk assessment.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in proposal management and project execution. Knowledge of ADNOC operations is a plus, along with proficiency in relevant software tools.
