EPIC Analyst - HB + Claims

Job Description
We are seeking an Epic HB + Claims Analyst to support a range of optimization initiatives within a complex Epic environment. This role will focus on improving workflows, configurations, and processes related to Hospital Billing (HB) and Claims, working closely with Revenue Cycle, operational leaders, and technical teams to drive efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. The analyst will be hands‑on in assessing current‑state workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing Epic solutions that align with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Epic HB and Claims, with a solid understanding of end‑to‑end hospital billing workflows, claims processing, and reimbursement impacts. This individual should be comfortable working independently on optimization efforts, partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, and translating business needs into effective Epic build and configuration changes.
