Position Information:

The Epic Credentialed Trainer/Quality Specialist is accountable to the Supervisor of Education/Quality for WPP and to provide training for all new employees as well as remedial and ongoing training to meet the service line and employee goals. In addition conducts 30 60 90 day assessments for new employees participates in process improvement projects and workflow optimization within assigned areas. Uses reporting tools to identify and address errors or issues related to operations as well as clinical workflow or clinical system issues. Incorporates a strong emphasis on customer service and quality in educational offerings. Serves as a resource to IS in the development of profiles to maximize the accuracy of revenue cycle and analyze the data collected during the registration process.
