Epic Education Analyst

Summary



Executes EHR (Epic) specific education, support, and user analysis to Parkview Health and Connect Clients in various healthcare settings, ensuring consistent documentation standards, while acting as a liaison on behalf of provider/clinical EHR users. Methods of education include, but are not limited to, educator-led classroom courses, webinars, online courses, and one-on-one education sessions. Performs Instructional Design duties by evaluating, adapting, and developing instruction based on learner needs. Provides hospital and physician-based practice support. Exhibits a learning approach in achieving knowledge proficiency in Epic from a functional perspective, while implementing ongoing tactics for knowledge sustainment. Works directly with Epic Instructional Designers to coordinate education needs, feedback, and facilitate education to end users.
