Equipment and Engineering Director

Title : Equipment and Engineering Director Report to : Head of Equipment and Engineering
Responsibilities : Comply with GMP/EHS requirements to ensure that they are well implemented. Make annual plans, targets and budget of department and factory, and ensure their realization. Continuously optimize and improve the state, operation, safety and reliability of production equipment, facilities and power systems, ensure product quality and site safety, and improve production efficiency. Manage new investment projects and renovation projects, control the budget and project schedule to meet the expected demand. Manage external engineering team and construction unit to ensure engineering quality and operation safety. Ensure the good availability of equipment, facilities and power systems, test, verification and calibration of new devices, correct use of facilities and power equipment, timely maintenance, adjustment and cleaning, to ensure operation safety and production needs.
