**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate heavy equipment—including loaders and excavators—for material staging, preprocessing, stockpile management, contamination control, and accurate customer truck loadout.
+ Operate and monitor a jaw crusher, multi‑deck screens, cone crusher and conveyor systems.
+ Plant startup/shutdown, adjusted crusher settings and feed rates, and maintain product quality through continuous material assessment and real‑time process adjustments.
+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, including conveyor systems, screen media, cone liner, bearings, lubrication,
