Equipment Specialist (FWST)

Synectic Solutions is currently recruiting for a technical representative that will be responsible for performing training, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures on a vast array of bombs, missiles, weapons systems, test equipment and associated equipment.

The primary supported command is Naval Air Station Oceana, VA.

This position will also provide as needed support to other Naval aviation commands as needed .

Responsibilities:

•   Provide support to type model series aircraft FA-18E/F and associated organizational and Intermediate level test equipment, aircraft gun systems, Fleet Readiness Center, and local CVN’s.


• Provide on-site training (both formal classroom and on-the-job), logistics, and engineering, technical, and troubleshooting support for weapons systems integration for current and newly developed weapons systems.
