At Cooper Parry, we’re shaking up the tax world, challenging the norm, and delivering game‑changing reward and incentive strategies for high‑growth businesses, as well as supporting them to start‑up and stay‑up via access to key schemes such as the Enterprise Investment Scheme. Now, we’re looking for an Equity Reward Assistant Manager to join our forward‑thinking team, with a strong focus on valuations and advisory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Valuations Expertise – Lead on valuations for EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, and other incentive schemes, ensuring businesses are tax‑efficient and compliant. This will include modelling work.
• Strategic Advisory – Work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimise equity reward structures, aligning them with business objectives.
• Technical Excellence – Navigate the complexities of tax, legal, and accounting rules, ensuring seamless processes and risk mitigation.
