Equity Swaps Corporate Actions (Prime Services)-Manager

Who we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced Officer‑level professional for our Equity Swaps Corporate Actions team, responsible for overseeing and executing day‑to‑day BAU processing for Equity Swaps in line with the operating model, internal SLAs, and control frameworks.

The role sits within State Street Markets Operations’ Financing Solutions business, supporting the Prime Services Equity Swaps product. The Officer will act as a key point of escalation and subject matter expert, partnering closely with Trading, Swap Operations, Stock Loan, Custody, and Risk teams to manage mandatory and voluntary events, restrictions, and lifecycle processing in a controlled, audit‑ready environment. Corporate actions on equity swaps represent a high‑risk, high‑complexity operational area where errors can directly impact P&L, client outcomes, and regulatory posture.
