ER Advisor/Consultant

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be supporting our hospitality client in recruiting for an experienced ER Advisor/Consultant for 3 months.

Title: ER Advisor/Consultant

Length: 3-month contract, inside IR35

Pay: £400 - £450 day rate

Setup: Hybrid, 2/3 days office

Start: ASAP

Location: North London

Duties include:

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relation matters.
• Liaising with employee representatives.
• Leverage a consistent framework to recommend action outcomes.
• Collaborate with other team members to refine or improve Workplace Investigations Team processes.
• Display strong time-management skills with the ability to identify and efficiently prioritise critical and/or sensitive investigations.
