I am currently partnering with a prestigious luxury retail brand that is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join the team on an initial 1-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of ER cases across the business, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice to managers and stakeholders.
