**Description:**

Provides video monitoring services that seek to create a safe and secure environment. Adheres to MercyOne performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with MercyOne mission, vision and values

**Essential Functions:**

+ Observe patients via video monitoring to ensure safety by identifying and reporting behaviors that may compromise patient, staff, or visitor safety.
+ Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff at all times.
+ Document activities and services accurately, completely, and in a timely manner in accordance with regulations.
+ Report unsafe conditions and remove unsafe equipment or furniture when identified.
+ Ask for assistance as needed to ensure the safety of all involved.
