Opportunity Description
We are looking for a talented **Ergonomics Technician** to join our team specializing in Health and Safety for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley, MN.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Deliver technical support to production and site teams while helping execute and sustain Health & Safety Management Systems.
+ Support ergonomic hazard reduction and compliance by learning and applying internal ergonomic assessment tools and processes.
+ Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and contribute to improvement designs, methods, and programs that enhance workplace safety.
+ Participate in cross‑functional teams and incident investigations to strengthen ergonomic practices and corrective actions.
+ Communicate effectively between shop‑floor personnel and management to raise awareness of ergonomic issues and promote hazard control.
