Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, resource plans, and delivery forecasts covering all delivery streams and dependencies Actively manage milestone and critical path activities and day-to-day execution risks Manage progress, scope, issues, risks (RAID logs), and changes through formal governance and control processes Prepare impact‑based analysis for escalation when risk thresholds are exceeded Coordinate data migration planning, sequencing, testing, and execution activities Plan and coordinate integration builds, testing, and defect‑resolution activities Plan and coordinate business and technical test cycles and defect remediation Coordinate go‑live planning, rehearsal activities, and readin...
