Job Title

ERP Key User – S2P (12‑month contract)

Location & Schedule

Onsite – 25 Wolseley Court, Cambridge, ON
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Represent end‑users on the S2P project scope.
• Assess and verify that the ERP solution properly addresses target business processes defined by Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Facilitate ERP knowledge acquisition and solution adoption by end‑users.
• Co‑build use cases, develop detailed design scenarios, identify test data with BPO/SMEs, and execute test scripts (including in‑process ERP reporting).
• Provide feedback on IT solutions (user interface, user experience).
• Participate in SOP adjustments, IT validation activities (risk assessment, test script writing and execution), and data migration effort.
