Job Description

SAP Business One Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP Business One (SAP B1) users across departments including Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Production, and R&D.
- Ensure smooth and efficient system operation while supporting user requirements and business processes.
- Manage user access rights, roles, permissions, and data security controls.
- Conduct user training and prepare user manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Master Data & Business Process Management
- Maintain and manage master data including:
- Item Master
- Business Partners
- BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Inventory Data
- Purchase Orders
