ES Field Ops Lead - Marine

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The ES Field Ops Lead – Marine designates duties and provides direction for a work shift, project or crew for emergency response and marine operations activities. The ES Field Ops Lead ensures personnel safety by enforcing safety procedures and providing training as required.

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Assists supervisors and management in coordinating the activities of marine operations personnel, while ensuring all personnel abide by Health and Safety policies, processes, and procedures
+ Perform Preventative Maintenance and Repairs as directed by management
+ Direct teams and participants in projects, as needed, by performing labor intensive tasks in a potentially dirty and physically demanding capacity and in harsh environments under varying weather conditions. These duties may be land or marine related to both planned work and emergency responses
