**School Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Description**
**Position Summary**
The **School Registered Nurse (RN)** provides direct nursing services, health education, and care coordination to support student health, safety, and academic success. This role works collaboratively with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure students receive appropriate medical support throughout the school day.
**Dates** : August 2026 - June 2027
**Schedule:** School Based hours - 40 hours a week
**Location:** Escondido, CA
**Pay:** $45/hour
**Typical Duties & Responsibilities**
+ **Student Health Assessments** — Conducts health evaluations, screenings, and triage for illness or injury.
+ **Care Plan Development** — Creates and updates Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
