**The Escrow Assistant is responsible for:**

+ Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
+ Handling A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
+ Having comfortable knowledge in reviewing contracts and commitments.
+ Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.
