**The Escrow Assistant is responsible for:**

+ Coordinating the collection of information and successfully communicating with customers by phone, email, or in person, as directed by the primary Escrow Officer.
+ Handling frontend processing – sending out contracts, commitments, orders, handling HOA docs, etc., in preparation for the closing, as well as learning to assemble the necessary documents to prepare the file.
+ Additional duties to support the Closer and team, as needed.
