Overview
We are workign with a well established Title Company seeking an Escrow Closer for their Chicago Loop branch office. This position will close real estate escrow transactions for a high-volume escrow operations office.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate closing documents with attorneys and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Conduct closings, obtain signatures, notarize documents, and verify accuracy for disbursement.
