ESG Program Lead

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE :

1. The employee will be responsible for managing Ujjivan Small Finance Bank’s ESG agenda across its operations, business practices, and stakeholder ecosystem.
2. The employee will liaise with all the stakeholders across the Bank for ESG performance, disclosures, and regulatory compliance.
3. This role will be responsible for managing the Green Portfolio - effectively monitoring the fund flow, reporting to the applicable regulatory needs & ensuring that the audited mandatory reports are placed in the public domain and shared with the stakeholders.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

• Support execution of the Bank’s ESG and Sustainability strategy.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments for the implementation of the ESG initiatives & collection of the required data for the disclosures ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
