Core Responsibilities

• Drive regional project transitions, support new market adoptions, and contribute to operational excellence while maintaining global process standardization.
• Define, document, and maintain Hire-to-Retire processes, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Administer and provide subject‑matter expertise across HR services within Benefits, Learning, and Time & Attendance processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of administrative HR tasks within the current and evolving operational scope. <...
