**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, update, and monitor financial planning (forecast, budget, and long-term plan).
- Develop robust financial models to support feasibility studies, new projects, pricing, and financial projections.
- Analyze performance variances (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and identify key drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations for senior leadership.
- Act as a business partner to operational and commercial areas, translating financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Support the monthly closing process, ensuring proper classification and accuracy of financial information.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for financial processes and the adoption of new BI and analytics tools.
