Job Description Create end-to-end esports operational tasks including but not limited to esports live streaming, esports social media & esports player handling. Develop structured esports roadmap aligned with global strategy & execute the esports campaign strategies and working with internal teams and partners to follow through in all steps of execution until project analysis Be responsible to esports & community campaign strategies to drive users engagement & retention Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent measurement in order to improve marketing performance Work across multi-functional teams to facilitate creative development, content support and analytics Grow Delta Force community both in casual and competitive scene & work closely with moderator team to run community tournament Job Requirements Bachelor degree from a recognized university Fresh graduate are welcome Proficient in Bahasa and English langua...
