Job Description: Human Resources Internship
Location: São Paulo / Campo de Marte
Format: In‑person
Working Hours: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the HRBP in liaising with the Recruitment and Selection, Payroll, and Compensation departments to ensure internal client needs are met;
- Assist in organizing and monitoring Performance Evaluation, Calibration, and Development Plan (PDI) cycles;
