An established Housing Estate in the Helderberg region is seeking to employ a full-time Estate Manager on a permanent basis. The client requires an experienced Estate Manager to manage and drive various overall Estate-related management responsibilities for this medium-sized estate.

SERVICE SCOPE Management of all security installations at the Estate in line with the HA’s Security policies and procedures. Management of all maintenance, landscaping, installations and associated service agreements, Health and Safety and all building activities. Responsibilities
