A leading firm is seeking a paralegal with 3–5 years of experience in trusts and estates and tax to support its Private Client practice in Chicago. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and values individuals who share a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning and probate matters.

· Support with the collection, distribution, reporting, and transfer of estate assets.

· Prepare inventories and asset schedules using client-provided information.

· Prepare financial and annual accounts for estates and trusts.

· Conduct public records research and prepare legal documents.

· Draft and electronically file probate pleadings and accountings using strong written communication skills to ensure accuracy and compliance.
