**Estate & Trust Administrator**
We are seeking an experienced Estate Settlement Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of estate administration for high-net-worth clients (typically $3MM+ estates). This role is hands-on and focused on **estate settlement.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead estate settlement from start to finish: identify/marshal assets, review legal documents, review income and estate tax returns, review accounting, and oversee distributions
+ Coordinate with outside counsel, ensuring legal documents are completed accurately
+ Partner with accountants, appraisers, and internal teams
+ Serve as primary contact for beneficiaries and external partners
+ Collaboration with Trust Officers on interim trust administration
+ Ensure compliance, risk management, and fee oversight
+ Mentor junior team members
