In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including acquisitions, disposals, valuations, lease renewals, and rent reviews. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient management of the Council's estate, ensuring the best use of property assets.
Key Responsibilities:
·Conduct property valuations, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
·Manage property acquisitions and disposals.
·Advise on estate management issues and asset management strategies.
·Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise property assets.
·Support the Council's strategic objectives through effective estate management.
