Full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current and/or future projects/ products. Consult with vendors and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimations and resolve challenges. Prepare estimations used by management for purposes such as planning and organizing. Analyse blueprints and other documentation to prepare time cost, material and labour estimations. Prepare estimations for use in selecting vendors and/ or subcontractors. Set-up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors. Keep records of customer interactions and/ or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions taken.
