Estimator (Commercial Drywall/Framing)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Estimator to work remotely in the Knoxville, TN area. This role focuses on drywall and metal framing estimating for a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, including education, healthcare, hospitality, office fit-outs, and large multi-story developments exceeding 20 floors. The estimator will be responsible for performing detailed takeoffs, building accurate estimates in BuzzBid, and managing projects through all phases, from schematic design to GMP pricing. Projects typically range from $500K to $5.5M, with larger estimates undergoing executive-level review. The position supports a high-growth market across Jacksonville and surrounding regions including Daytona, Orlando, Pensacola, Macon, Savannah, and North Charleston.
