We're seeking a detail-driven Construction Estimator with industrial and commerical experience to join our client's reputable team in South Windsor. In this vital position, you will be responsible for accurately estimating projects and preparing competitive tenders, contributing directly to the company's continued success. This is a full-time office-based position in South Windsor. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely project tenders and cost estimates
Assess documentation, identify project requirements and risks
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and compare quotations
Assist with budget preparation, scopes of work, and scheduling
Contribute to proposal strategies and value engineering
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure high-quality submissions
