Opportunity Description
The role requires to prepares cost estimates by analysing project proposals. Provide necessary support and expertise in the competent engagement of Main-Contractors and is responsible for providing input into evaluating tender documents, involve in deciding how the tendering project will work. Recommend tenders and conduct negotiations thereafter. The Estimator’s role is required to be detail-oriented i.e. attention to all of the small particulars when working on project(s) is crucial. Fully aware of productivity rates, prices, pricing strategy and how to overcome competitors. Meet fixed deadlines.
Estimation Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimate and budget
- Exploring contract documents to gain a deep understanding of project requirements
- Fully aware of the contract condition, risks, and risk assessment
- Creating and presenting reports to higher management
- Performing complex analysis of collected data and metrics
