Opportunity Description
We are seeking a Estimator to lead the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for construction and fit-out projects. The role requires strong experience in tender review, , BOQ preparation, pricing, value engineering, subcontractor comparison, and pre-contract commercial evaluation. The candidate will play a key role in supporting tender strategy and ensuring commercially sound submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Lead the preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction, fit-out, and related works
- Analyze project scope and identify risks, exclusions, and commercial gaps
- Obtain, review, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
