Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our growing team in Farmingdale, NY. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and residential HVAC projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC cost estimates for commercial and residential projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, controls,...
