Estimator - Interiors

Tekton Building Solutions Group (BSG) is seeking a versatile **Estimator** to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role is designed for a construction professional who excels at both the win and the do. You will spend approximately half the week focused on **preconstruction and estimating** (quantifying, pricing, and bidding) and the other half **managing active self-perform projects** (coordination, submittals, and execution).

This key team member will passionately help promote the development of creative, innovative solutions to construction challenges and enjoy the acquisition of winning profitable work. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, all-hands-on-deck environment.
