- 510 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in road and infrastructure in addition to asphalt works in UAE; familiar with the construction methodology process & sequence of work
- Determining key variables for cost and other estimates
- Good relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, etc.)
- Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset
- Gather firsthand information from sites and market
- Have experience/knowledge and/or conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production and etc.
- Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors
- Perform risk analysis
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles
