We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our San Diego Area team. This position is responsible for the development of accurate and timely estimates for both private and public works projects.

Essential Functions

+ Review proposal specifications, drawings, soils reports and existing site conditions to determine scope of work.

+ Attend pre-bid meetings.

+ Preparation of pre-bid RFI’s prior to specification cutoff date.
