As an integral part of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs and preparing competitive bids for our clients in the Social housing sector. Previous experience in this sector is essential. 

• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with various departmental functions to ensure tender returns are accurately priced, commercially sound, and technically detailed
