Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer with strategy and operational priorities of the Global Ethics & Compliance programme.
• Lead execution and ongoing management of compliance programmes and end-to-end systems and tools delivery, including anti-fraud program deployment using AI systems.
• Co‑ordinate the development of Group Policies with Functional Leaders, business stakeholders, and the Japan team.
• Promote compliance initiatives across the business and work with functions and executive-level management to identify, investigate, and mitigate compliance issues.
