Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL data warehouse and BI testing projects

Develop comprehensive test strategies and quality assurance frameworks

Create and maintain testing standards methodologies and best practices

Oversee test planning estimation and resource allocation

Review and approve test plans test cases and test scenarios

Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Manage defect tracking and resolution process across teams

Coordinate with development teams business users and other stakeholders

Establish metrics and KPIs for measuring testing effectiveness

Mentor team members and facilitate their professional development
