In this role, you‘ll be responsible for ensuring our employees have a smooth and secure experience with their devices, applications, and desktops — whether they‘re in the office or working remotely or factory floor
As our EUC Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our desktop infrastructure, helping users stay productive while making technology seamless.
What You‘ll Do
- Provide expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Macs, dumb terminals and printers
- Configure and manage Windows 10/11 devices, software deployments,
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
