Overview

• Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of End-User Computing
• Covers three towers: M365, VDI, and Desktop Engineering
• This role leads a team to architect, operate, secure, and continuously improve EUC
• Works in enterprise (BFSI), while driving roadmap execution and structured program management
• Success is measured by user experience, security compliance, and delivery on time/budget for projects
• Windows 10/11 and macOS standards, hardware lifecycle (procure, repair, retire).
• SCCM/MECM and Intune co-management/MDM, Autopilot/Zero Touch...
