Europe S&M Business Development Senior Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a Europe S&M Business Development Senior Manager to join its office in Germanywithin the Europe Engineering Commercial Management Division.​

Mission

The role is responsible for driving profitable growth in the Steel and Materials sector across Europe, through strategic client engagement, opportunity origination, and execution of high-value technical service contracts (e.g. process/product development advisory, testing, qualification, and failure analysis. The role combines strong commercial leadership with deep industrial understanding, ensuring alignment between market needs and RINA’s technical capabilities. The position directly contributes to order intake, revenue growth, and margin targets, while strengthening long-term client partnerships across the steel value chain.
