European Digitalization & Process Improvement Analyst

Kubota Holdings Europe is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Digitalization & Process Improvement team. In this role, you will support manufacturing and procurement processes across 14 factories in Europe, driving improvements and enhancements in SAP.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc or MSc in Technical Business Administration and experience in digital transformation. Strong communication skills in English are essential, with additional languages being a plus.

This position involves regular interaction with global stakeholders and the opportunity for travel (approx. 50%).
